How do I generate a report of color coded transcript issues?
Verdical has the ability to create color coded issues for users to markup a transcript and then generate a report of select issues.
To start, open the desired transcript in Verdical by double clicking the transcript in the Transcript categories. When the transcript review window opens, right-click on the transcript text and select Issue > Add New Issue. Give your issue a name and color and click ok. To color code your transcript with your issue simply highlight the portion of text in the Transcript Review window and right-click and select Issue > Color Issue.
Once your transcripts have been color coded with issues, you can click on the reports tab and you will see options to check off transcripts to include in the report and issues. There are also options to group the report by issue or by transcript.
The report created will be in a .rtf file format so it can be opened in Microsoft Word with colors included.
