When entering Presentation Mode, both the Windows Start Menu bar and Presentation Mode Toolbar are visible on screen.

Versions 2.8.123 and newer installs have a fix built into them, but follow these steps should you run into this scenerio.

  1. Launch the VSSettingReader utility in the Sanction Root directory.
  2. Select the User (if it isn’t automatically).
  3. Select Presentation as the Key.
  4. Scroll Down and select Taskbar. If it isn’t there, type in “Taskbar”(without quotes and it is case-sensitive).
  5. Enter "-1" (without quotes) as the value.
  6. Hit the Set button.
