We have designed the entire back end using the latest technology. Networks will be able to tap into whatever SQL server your firm is currently using. Stand alone versions can work through SQL express which is a free version of Microsoft’s SQL Server. Find out more about SQL Server.

The Online Hosting Model

Do you have exhibits that need to be shared with an expert witness in New York City, Co-Counsel in Los Angeles and opposing Counsel in Washington DC? This time-consuming task used to take weeks if not months to prepare all of the exhibits, and then burn them to CD, and then finally mail them out hoping your recipient received everything. Long gone are those days, enter Verdical Online Hosting.

With a few clicks of the mouse in Verdical, you can quickly and efficiently make your selected exhibits available to anyone who has been provided an access code and an Internet connection.

How it works

Once your case is built with all your digital exhibits in Verdical, simply click on the Verdical Online icon and follow the directions to upload the selected exhibits to your secure online hosting account. Once the exhibits have uploaded to your hosting account, continue to secure your items by creating user access codes which will give different users permission to only view the material that you deem fit.

Your Material Is Safe In Our Hands

Our world-class hosting facility has top of the line equipment guaranteeing that your hosted account will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our security checks include encrypted secure connections and session time outs which will terminate the connection if there is no activity. We also implement firewalls which block unwanted activity, clustered database servers which allow for high availability to client case data and fully redundant systems with zero single point of failure to ensure you that your material is safe in our hands. The hardware components include dual Xeon 64-bit processors, Cisco and Foundry parts and approximately 18 TB of raw storage which is equal to approximately 18,000 GB to handle all of your case material.

Dual Monitor Presentations

The biggest enhancement made to our famous presentation features is called, “the Lectern.” The Lectern allows use of all of our dual monitor features with some visual modifications to ensure ease of use. With the Lectern, there will be no more toolbars showing on the presentation mode. You can do all of your interaction in presentation mode from a “remote” screen. Preview items before showing them to the court monitors. In addition, you’ll be able to access all of your information in Verdical, including searching, without having to turn off the projector or “kill” your signal. It’s all done from your laptop screen in dual monitor mode.
