Are you short on time or staff? Don't know how to get started? While our programs are designed with ease-of-use in mind, sometimes getting started can be a daunting task. Our new Trial Preparation Service will develop your case and present you with a trial-ready external hard drive. And you keep the hard drive! It's truly a "plug and play" solution.
How it works:
Send us everything. From hard copies to scanned exhibits, we can handle it all. We start with a brand new 200 GB FireWire hard drive. We then load all of your standard digital evidence onto this drive and create your case in Verdical. For evidence that is still in a non-digital format, i.e. paper or video tapes, we can convert it into a digital format that is viewable by Verdical. When our team is finished with your case, you will receive all of your original evidence and a fully loaded external hard drive. It's that simple. All scanning, conversion, and synchronization services are available at an additional charge.
How much it costs:
The base fee is $550. This includes a 200 GB FireWire hard drive, one hour of our Trial Preparation Service, and one hour of phone support. If we receive all of your case items in standard digital formats, there are no other charges (with the exception of shipping, of course).
